Refund policy

All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date and must be in the condition in which they were sold. We cannot cover the cost of postage for returned items; this must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.

Please remember to fill in your returns sheet and include it in your parcel when returning items via post or dropping them off at our address. If you do not have a returns form, please ensure you include a note with your name, order number, and details of the items being returned, along with the reasons for return.

All items must:

  • Be unwashed.
  • Have all labels attached.
  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be free of makeup, fake tan, or other marks.
  • Not smell of washing powder, smoke, or perfume.

We recommend returning items using a trackable method, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are not received or are lost in transit. Additionally, we suggest customers obtain proof of postage when posting returned items.

Coco Bay reserves the right to reject returns that exceed the return period or items that are not in their original condition. If this occurs, the package will be returned to the customer.

Exchanges
Due to the high demand for our products and frequent sell-outs, we are unable to process exchanges. If you require a replacement size, color, or alternative item(s), you will need to place a new order.
